Presentation Fees:

 $7,500 - Keynote or General Session (up to 2 hours).

$9,500 - Full-day seminars, workshops, or facilitations.

$3,500 - Non-profit, trade association, professional society, or government (breakout or concurrent sessions) up to 90 minutes; price per session.

$12,000 - Multiple Days/Presentations spanning the entire length of a single conference.  BEST VALUE!

Flat Rate Travel Expense:

The fee includes round-trip coach airfare to the program venue, LAX transportation and parking, en route and on site meals, gratuities, and ground travel to and from the airport to the destination hotel. Hotel room and tax charges to be billed to client's master account.

North America: $950

Arizona, California, Nevada and Oregon: $350

Southern California: No Charge

Discounts:

25% discount on programs with venues in Southern California.

Booking Deposit: 

The flat rate travel expense and 50% of above fee are required at time of booking to guarantee the date.

The above presentation fees include:

• Industry familiarization research, including one or more, of more of the following; site visits, telephone interviews and studying industry web sites and publications for keynotes and general sessions.

• Presentation customization

• Handout development

• Travel time
